According to Item 6 parts one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles and requirements to safety and quality of foodstuff", subitems 6 and 8 of Item 5 of the Actions plan on development of system of technical regulation for the period till 2025 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2021 No. 1145-r, the subitem 11 of Item 164 of the Actions plan on accomplishment of the recommendations of the European Commission provided in the Report on progress of Ukraine within the Packet of expansion of the European Union of 2024 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2025 No. 300-r, and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics, the environment and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2025 No. 903,
I ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements to the added milk, dairy products and pasty fats.
2. Determine that milk, dairy products and pasty fats which conform to requirements of the legislation on safety and separate indicators of quality of the foodstuff operating before entry into force of this order, but do not conform to all or separate provisions requirements to the milk, dairy products and pasty fats approved by Item 1 of this order can be in circulation before the expiration of the minimum expiration date or deadline of consumption ("use dates to").
3. To provide to department of agrarian development in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective since January 01, 2029.
