About enhancement of system of public administration in tourist industry

For the purpose of development of tourist industry, enhancement of public administration in the field of tourism, according to articles 70, of 71 Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, part 1 of article 23 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" I decide:

Form the State tourism development agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the State agency) based on Department of tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and the corresponding functions in the field of tourism of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
