1. Complete on March 31, 2026 temporary national campaign for free replacement of the car driver licenses which are earlier issued without specifying of term of their action on car driver licenses of sample of 2025.
2. To the state center for registration of vehicles and driver's structure under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- from April 1 to December 31, 2026 to perform replacement of the car driver licenses which are earlier issued without specifying of effective period, according to the procedure, No. established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of activities of the State center for registration of vehicles and driver's structure under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 27, 2025 760, without provision of the document confirming passing of medical examination;
- carry out broad information and explanatory work in mass media and Internet resources about date of completion of temporary national campaign;
- submit the closing statement on results of holding temporary national campaign for free replacement of car driver licenses;
- take other measures following from this Decree.
3. To public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to submit the closing statement on results of holding temporary national campaign for free replacement of car driver licenses within the competence.
4. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About holding temporary national campaign for free replacement of car driver licenses" of January 22, 2026 No. 6.
