1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 2, 2021 No. 448 "About approval of the Method of calculation of utilization payment" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 25100) the following changes:
in the Method of calculation of utilization payment approved by the specified order:
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Calculation of utilization payment concerning vehicles and the self-propelled agricultural machinery made in the Republic of Kazakhstan or imported from other states, except for the Republic of Belarus or the Russian Federation is made by each type and category of vehicles and self-propelled agricultural machinery according to appendix 4 as follows:
On = Base rate * coefficient 1,
where On – utilization payment concerning one unit of the vehicle or self-propelled agricultural machinery, subject to payment by producers (importers).
Calculation of utilization payment concerning vehicles and the self-propelled agricultural machinery imported from the Republic of Belarus or the Russian Federation is made by each type and category of vehicles and self-propelled agricultural machinery according to appendix 4 as follows:
On = Base rate * coefficient 2,
where On – utilization payment concerning one unit of the vehicle or self-propelled agricultural machinery, subject to payment by producers (importers).";
appendix 4 approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of waste management of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
