1. In Item 21 of the Minimum requirements of safety in case of operation of distribution networks of the combustible natural gases approved by the Order of the Government No. 552/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 253-264, 649), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words words of "one year" "five years".
2. In Regulations on issue of the town-planning certificate in case of lack of town-planning documentation for rural settlements with the population less than 3 000 inhabitants approved by the Order of the Government No. 600/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 451-453, 836), to make the following changes:
2.1. add with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. Issue of the town-planning certificate for designing without development of the scheme of rural town planning with observance of general criterions on arrangement and compliance of the constructions provided in Chapter V, in the relation is allowed:
8-1.1. expansions of networks of building (engineering networks) on the existing support (the existing channels);
8-1.2. connections of installations of new consumers (subscribers) to the existing networks of building (engineering networks) and to the related installations, including installations of additional support;
8-1.3. reconstruction of the existing networks of building (engineering networks) and related installations, including installations of additional support, and also reconstruction of the existing roads;
8-1.4. interventions in the existing structures without expansion and/or changes of their appointment.";
2.2. add subitem 16.3 with the text", except as specified, listed in subitems 8-1.1-8-1.4;";
