About marginal establishment of minimum prices
Based on Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2025 "About price regulation (rates)" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 69
1. Establish marginal minimum prices of the goods realized according to agreements in foreign trade according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2026 No. 16 "About marginal establishment of minimum prices".
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 11, 2026.
The agreements signed before entry into force of this resolution and which did not stop the action are subject to reduction in compliance with regulations of this resolution, except as specified, if:
payment is made in full;
shipment of goods fully or partially is made (regarding payment of actually shipped goods).
