About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2025 No. 165 and of March 6, 2012 No. 13
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2025 No. 165 "About marginal establishment of the maximum selling prices on the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus":
from part one of Item 2 of the word "joint limited liability company "Lekfarm"," to exclude;
to be reworded as follows appendix 3 to this resolution it (is applied);
to state subitem 1.3.1 of Item 1 of appendix 5 to this resolution in the following edition:
