About marginal establishment of the maximum selling prices on the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish marginal maximum selling prices on the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus according to appendices 1-11 (further if other is not established, – marginal maximum selling prices).

2. Determine that marginal maximum selling prices are established on conditions free warehouse of the company, except for the prices of the medicines made by the Belarusian-Dutch joint business PHARMLEND limited liability company, BELASEPTIKA private company, PHARMTEKHNOLOGIYA limited liability company, "Borisovsky Plant of Medical Supplies" open joint stock company, "Nesvizhsky Plant of Medical Supplies" open joint stock company, the republican unitary enterprise "Babruysk Plant of Biotechnologies", joint limited liability company "Lekfarm" which are established on the terms of French-appointment (the destination stipulated in the agreement).

Marginal maximum selling price on oxygen gaseous includes the cost of works, services in gas station of cylinder, handling works in the territory of the legal entity performing production of oxygen of gaseous, temporary use by the consumer cylinder.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 12.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
