1. Authorize public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on personification:
1) diplomatic and service passports of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) national car driver licenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of questions of legal status of compatriots with foreign citizenship" of October 8, 2021 No. 203 the following change:
in item 4 of the word "The State Company "Infokom" under the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic".
