About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning issue of car driver licenses
For the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of personification of blanks products of national car driver licenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.06.2021 No. 17
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of Admission of qualification examinations, issues of car driver licenses and certificates of the tractor operator-driver" of December 18, 2017 No. 819 the following change:
in Regulations of Admission of qualification examinations and issues of the car driver licenses approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 33 of the word "within one working day" shall be replaced with words "within four working days".
3. Authorize the State company "Infokom" under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic on personification of car driver licenses of the Kyrgyz Republic of national sample.
4. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
5. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since November 20, 2019.
