About reorganization of periodicals
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house of January 15, 2026 No. 1, according to Articles 92, 93 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house by merge of organizations "Tuusu's Kyrgyz publishing house, "Word of Kyrgyzstan publishing house, the editorial offices of the children's magazine "Baychechekey" and the literary and art magazine "Ala-Too".
2. Approve Regulations on public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
3. Determine that structural divisions of public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house are the following mass media:
- national newspaper of the Kyrgyz Republic "Tuusu's Kyrgyz";
- national newspaper of the Kyrgyz Republic "Word of Kyrgyzstan";
- children's magazine "Baychechekey";
- literary and art magazine "Ala-Too".
4. Determine that the mass media specified in Item 3 of this resolution are created and function as a part of public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house and are not legal entities.
