1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- create public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house by merge of Tuusu's Kyrgyz Publishing house, Word of Kyrgyzstan Publishing house, the children's magazine "Baychechekey", the literary and art magazine "Ala-Too" and liquidation of Zhetkinchek newspaper editorial offices and the Kyrchyn magazine;

- develop and approve provision, the staff list and the budget of public institution "Tuusu's Kyrgyz information publishing house with increase in the standard limiting staff of cultural institutions, arts and information on 22 established posts.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
