For the purpose of rendering the state support to the domestic enterprise performing assembly and production of vehicles, stimulations of demand for cars and load commercial carrier of national production according to Item 3 of part 1 of Article 115 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic":

To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and planning period of 2027-2028" to provide for project implementation capitalization of interest rates in the amount of 109800000 (hundred nine million eight hundred thousand) som, including 54900000 (fifty four million nine hundred thousand) som for Eldik Bank open joint stock company and 54900000 (fifty four million nine hundred thousand) som for Ayyl Bank open joint stock company, and also financing (tranche) of the Project the next years.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the financial credit institutions participating in project implementation (under approval):
1) to provide monitoring of target use of credit means / financings by the Islamic principles;
2) to carry out efficiency analysis of the Project and till March 1, 2027 to submit its results for consideration of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
