According to the subitem 3) of Item 3 of article 19 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subitems 42) - 43) Article 1 and the subitem 2) of article 7-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" we ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of body of state revenues with Committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan on provision of confidential information, concerning medicines and medical product in the field of customs regulation.
2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee of state revenues) within five calendar days from the date of adoption of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
