About Regulations of selection of national investment projects and projects of the state value
For the purpose of increase in economic capacity of the country, employment of the population, ensuring economic safety, and also rendering the state support by means of financial, fiscal, infrastructure, administrative and other instruments, "About national projects which implementation is important strategically for the country" of March 23, 2023 No. 63, of realization of part 4 of article 183 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and part 4 Articles 15, of part 2 Articles 28, of part 3 of Article 30 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides execution of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Form the Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on selection of national investment projects and projects of the state value (further - the Commission) in structure according to appendix 1.
2. Approve Regulations of selection of national investment projects and projects of the state value according to appendix 2.
3. Determine the secretariat of the Commission the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to constitute the list of the national investment projects and projects of the state value which underwent selection by the Commission with fixing of the state bodies responsible for their realization and to provide maintaining the corresponding register;
