About questions of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About system of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan" and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" I decide:
1. Approve the Provision, Structure of central office and the List of the organizations of system of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2 and 3).
2. To the agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- for the purpose of expansion of activities in the field of innovations and digital technologies within 3 months to develop the road map and to submit for approval to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- provide realization of the special mode of the regulation in the field of innovations and digital technologies providing special organization-legal conditions;
- develop for every year key performance indicators of measures of the ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government, the relevant companies, organizations and other organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental subordination, on use of innovative and digital technologies in activities and to submit for approval to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. For the purpose of expansion of the activities to the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to permit to pay monthly in accordance with the established procedure to employees lump sum payment to the established salary.
