About modification and amendments in some Presidential decrees of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Bring in the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 27, 2024 No. 798 "About questions of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes and amendment:
1) in Item 20 of appendix of 1 word and figure "Mirzo Tursunzade, 23" to replace with the word and figure of "Bekhzod-47a";
Appendix 2 to approve 2) in the new edition it (is applied);
Appendix 3 to add 3) with the fourth paragraph of the following content:
""Technological park of software products and information technologies in the city of Dushanbe" limited liability company.".
2. In Item 2 of the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2021 "About the Agency on innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" figure "75" to replace No. 147 with figure "85".
