3. Permit the director of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies to have in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan three deputies, including the one first deputy and board as a part of 7 people.

4. Establish to the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan limit of office cars in number of 4 units.

5. To perform financing of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of the means of the republican budget and other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

6. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for providing with the office building of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and provide for approval provision and structure of central office of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

8. From part I of Structure of the central executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 19, 2013 No. 12 "About enhancement of structure of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan" paragraph two to exclude and add with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
