About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702
Based on the paragraph of third of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the following changes:
add Item 5 with subitem 5.2-1 of the following content:
"5.2-1. implementation of obligations assumed by the Republic of Belarus according to the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus containing obligations of the Republic of Belarus on the questions carried to competence MARCH;";
add Item 6 with subitem 6.12-1 of the following content:
"6.12-1. takes measures for implementation of the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus containing obligations of the Republic of Belarus for the questions carried to competence MARCH;";
add Item 7 with subitem 7.9-1 of the following content:
"7.9-1. within execution of the motivated representation of the Eurasian economic commission directed in case of control of observance of general competition rules in the cross-border markets to carry out according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus the legal proceedings listed in this representation concerning persons whose location is the Republic of Belarus;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
