Based on the paragraph of third of part two of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", paragraphs two and third subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of general sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms and other objects belonging to subjects of managing, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2019 No. 360 "About specific sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of the objects which are sources of not ionizing radiation":

preamble after the words "On the Basis" to add with words "the paragraph of third of part two of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population",";

in specific sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of the objects which are sources of not ionizing radiation, approved by this resolution:

"49. The sanitary passport is stored at the owner of PRTO and shown on the first demand of officials of the organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection, local executive and administrative organs and also at the request of the organization of developer of town-planning projects or the project documentation.";

state Item 51 in the following edition:

"51. The statement from the sanitary passport of special PRTO containing the situational plan with indication of borders of the SPZ and ZOZ with the corresponding explanations is stored in the organization exercising the state sanitary inspection.
