1. In Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure of the state quality control in construction approved by the Order of the Government No. 360/1996 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 49-50, 415), with subsequent changes, the text "parts (Article 2" to replace 2) with the text "Items t) - y) parts (1) article 150 of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023, for which the special procedure for issue of construction licenses, implementation of the state control or release from the state quality control is provided in construction".
2. In Item 6 of the Standard regulations on activities of local authorities of architecture and the urbanism approved by the Order of the Government No. 499/2000 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 584), with subsequent changes, the text "The law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835-XIII of May 17, 1996, the Law on quality in construction No. 721-XIII of February 2, 1996" to replace with the text "The town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023".
