About modification of the Order of the Government No. 227/2018 about approval of Regulations about procedure for use of coupons on food

Based on part (6) article 3 of the Law No. 166/2017 on coupons on food (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 364-370, 618), with subsequent changes, and Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 227/2018 about approval of Regulations about procedure for use of coupons on food (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 84-93, 255), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the resolution the text "on the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Health, work and social protection" to replace with the text "with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

1.2. in Regulations:

1.2.1. in all text of the word "payment card" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "payment instrument" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. 2) of Item 1 to declare the subitem invalid;

1.2.3. add Item 5 with the text", for the period, constituting at least five years";

1.2.4. state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The employer provides coupons on food on the conditions established by collective employment contracts, regulations at the level of division or individual employment contracts based on the order signed by the director.";
