About implementation of monitoring of traceability of the wines imported by filling
According to the Art. 24, h. (1) the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff, Item 40 of the Regulations on the permitted wine-making practicians and restrictions applicable to production and storage of wine-making products, the Regulations on the organization of the vinogrado-wine-making market approved by the Order of the Government No. 356/2015, Item 14 approved by the Order of the Government No. 775/2024, Item 198 (the subitem 16) and Item 19 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023 about the organization and functioning of the National agency for safety of foodstuff, I ORDER:
To perform monitoring of traceability of the wines imported by filling throughout all import and sales chain as object of control by Management on control of safety and quality of vinogrado-wine-making products, ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products (further - UKBKVVPESAP) as a part of central office of the National agency on safety of foodstuff within the powers established by the legislation.
2. The companies of the food industry importing wines in bulk shall:
2.1. Provide traceability of each imported batch by means of the relevant documents and accounting from the moment of import to the territory of the Republic of Moldova before its placement in the market;
2.2. Fill and sign the declaration on own responsibility according to appendix to this order confirming observance of provisions of Item 40 of the Provision approved by the Order of the Government No. 775/2024, and shall that:
a) they will not blend import wine with the wines made in the Republic of Moldova;
b) will not make blends from the wines made in other states.
