According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for implementation of the actions connected with the termination of the state unitary enterprises according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of the termination of the state companies for the decision of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine" which is applied.
