Some questions of the Ministry of social policy, family and unity

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of social policy, family and the unity of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2025 No. 904 "Some questions of optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 65, the Art. 4542), the enclosed changes.

2. To the ministry of development of communities and territories to develop and to submit to ten-day time in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 54, the Art. 1755), taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026, except Item 2 of this resolution which becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

1. In Item 3:
