About approval of the Standard provision of architectural town-planning council

1. Approve the enclosed Standard provision of architectural town-planning council.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

1. This Standard regulations on architectural town-planning council (further - the Standard provision) are developed according to Item 3 of article 32 of the Construction code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Architectural town-planning council (further - Council) - the permanent advisory advisory body created under akimats of areas, cities of republican value and the capital for coordination of actions for realization of single urban policy, improvement of quality of the habitat and life activity of the person, ensuring sustainable development and forming of modern architectural appearance of settlements.
