joint-stock company "energy company of Ukraine" - Osmachko Oksana Sergeyevna, Muzhel Alexander;
joint-stock company "Ukrainian distribution networks" - Litvinov Evgeny Aleksandrovich, Kantsurov Oleg Aleksandrovich, Kostritsa Andrey Andreevich, Belko Svetlana Vasilyevna, Pochtarev Andrey Aleksandrovich;
Operator of the Market joint-stock company - Kovalchuk Elena Vasilyevna, Stepanenko Andrey Vasilyevich.
To Department of Energy and Fund of state-owned property to inform in three-day time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On implementation of the specified actions.
2. Approve the Procedure for carrying out candidate screen (are appointed) to position of the independent member of the supervisory board and representatives of the state who are elected in structure of the supervisory board of subjects of managing which is applied.
3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 2022 No. 643 "Some questions of management of objects of state-owned property for warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 47, the Art. 2593) and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2025 No. 1258 "About approval of the actions plan on updating of structure of the supervisory boards and executive bodies of some subjects of managing" - with the changes made by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2025 No. 1317, changes which are applied.
