Some questions of management of objects of state-owned property for warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for action of warlike situation:

competitive selection of heads of executive bodies and members of the supervisory boards of subjects of managing of public sector of economy is not made (further - the subject of managing);

the competitive selection of heads of executive bodies and members of the supervisory boards of subjects of managing announced until enforcement of warlike situation stops;

position assignment of heads of executive bodies and members of the supervisory boards of the subjects of managing having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state and which asset cost according to the last financial reporting or the annual size of net income of which exceeds 200 million hryvnias, and also the company, especially important for economy, which asset cost according to the last financial reporting exceeds 2 billion hryvnias or the annual size of net income of which exceeds 1, 5 billion hryvnias (further - the company, especially important for economy), is performed by the subject of management of objects of state-owned property (further - the subject of management) after approval of candidates for the corresponding persons by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine without carrying out competitive selection for the term which does not exceed effective period of warlike situation and three months after its termination or cancellation;
