About forms of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals and procedure for issue and use of such certificate

According to the paragraph the fourth Item 5 of Article 364 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Approve enclosed:

forms of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals;

Procedure for issue and use of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals.

2. Determine that the certificates on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals issued before entry into force of this Decision are valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. Recognize invalid:

The decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 No. 676 "About forms of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals and procedure for its issue and use";

The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 12, 2012 No. 106 "About modification of the Procedure for issue and use of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 No. 676";

The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 13, 2014 No. 59 "About modification of Item 20 of the Procedure for issue and use of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals".

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
