About modification of the Procedure for issue and use of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 No. 676

1. Bring in the Procedure for issue and use of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 No. 676 "About forms of the certificate on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals and procedure for its issue and use" (further – the Procedure), the following changes:
Item 27 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Number which is created as follows is assigned to the certificate on assumption: code of the customs authority which granted the certificate on assumption and through gap sequence number of the certificate on assumption according to the magazine of registration of certificates on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals which form is established by customs authority.".
The paragraph third Item 32 to state 2) in the following edition:
"complete country name of assumption, including in English or French, or in the form of its two-place alphabetic code, certificate number about assumption and year of assumption.".
2. The certificates on assumption of the vehicle of international delivery to transportation of goods under customs seals and seals issued before entry into force of this Decision remain valid before the termination of term of their action, except as specified, in case of approach of which such certificates according to Procedure are cancelled.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
