ORDER OF THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 90 "About approval of Qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

According to Item 3 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 90 "About approval of Qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on October 4, 2013 for No. 8780) the following changes:

The qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of personnel work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet - resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to inform all employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of personnel work of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
