About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of beer and beer drinks means of identification

In compliance the subitem 2) of article 7-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of marking and traceability of beer and beer drinks by means of identification (further - Rules).

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Items 29, of 30, of 31, of 32, of 36, of 37, of 38, of 39, of 40, of 44, of 47 and 48 Rules which become effective since January 1, 2027.

Rules of marking and traceability of beer and beer drinks means of identification

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of marking and traceability of beer and beer drinks are developed by means of identification (further - Rules) according to the subitem 2) of article 7-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for marking of beer and beer drinks and their further traceability in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Requirements to marking of beer and beer drinks means of identification do not extend to the beer and beer drinks specified in article 8 of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ratification of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union" of March 1, 2019.

3. For the purposes of these rules the following concepts are used:

1) aggregation - process of consolidation of consumer packagings of beer and beer drinks in group packaging of beer and beer drinks and (or) shipping package of beer and beer drinks or group packagings in shipping package with preserving information on interrelation of codes of identification of each enclosed consumer packaging with code of identification of the created group and (or) shipping package, and also about interrelation of codes of identification of each enclosed group packaging with code of identification of the created shipping package and drawing appropriate means of identification on group packaging or identification code on shipping package, for the purpose of ensuring traceability of movement of beer and beer drinks on goods distribution chain without the need for opening of the created group and (or) shipping package;

2) American Standard Code for Information Interchange (further - ASCII 232) - method of coding of information in case of which to printing and unprintable symbols there correspond numerical codes;

3) the hardware and software (further - the AIC) - set of the software and the technical means jointly applied to the solution of tasks of certain type;

4) GS1 - the international organization, in the field of standardization of accounting and bar coding of logistic units;

5) GS1-128 - format the stroke of code of global standardization organization GS1, intended for information transfer about load between the companies;

6) DataMatrix - two-dimensional matrix stroke the code representing the black-and-white elements or elements of several different degrees of brightness put in the form of square, placed in rectangular or square group is intended for coding of the text or these other types;

7) DataMatrix ECC200 - the DataMatrix version using technology of prevention of mistakes and recovery of the damaged information the giving chance of recovery of all sequence of the coded information in case the code contains up to 30 percent of damages which has the frequency of emergence of mistakes less, than 1 on 10 million scanned symbols;

8) the protocol of data transmission - the formalized set of specifications to structure of packets of information and algorithm of exchange of information packets between devices of data transmission network;

9) personal account of TsS MPT - the special information service of digital system marking and traceability of goods (further - TsS MPT) placed on the Internet, provided by the Operator to the participant of turnover of goods (further - UOT);

10) corking means - the product intended for corking of packaging and preserving its content including cover seal or thermoshrinkable cap;

11) кег - the metal reservoir intended for storage, transportation and the subsequent realization of beer or beer drinks including in pouring;

12) shipping package of beer and beer drinks - the packaging combining consumer packagings of the marked beer and beer drinks and (or) group packagings, and (or) keg, used for storage and transportation of beer and beer drinks for the purpose of protection them from damage and forming independent transport unit. The shipping package includes shipping packages of the smaller size (amount);

13) code of identification of shipping package - the combination of symbols, unique for each separate shipping package, created according to Item 18 of these rules;

14) Global Company Prefix (further - GCP) - the international number of the company (prefix) assigned to the company in system (GS1);

15) application code - the prefix representing set of 2 (two) or more signs located at the beginning of element line and which is unambiguously determining appointment and format of the data field following prefix;

16) Global Product Classification (further - GPC) is Global qualifier of products from the GS1 organization. It is the international system, for uniform group of goods on categories on the basis of their main characteristics within international trade;

17) Global Trade Item Number (further - GTIN) - the global identification number assigned to group of goods by the national (regional) organization GS1 according to the rules established by standards of the GS1, system for the purpose of its unambiguous identification in world economic space, and used as commodity code in TsS MPT;

18) code of identification of beer and beer drinks - the sequence of symbols representing unique combination of commodity code (further - GTIN) and individual serial number of consumer or group packaging;

19) means of identification of beer and beer drinks - the code of marking of beer or beer drink in machine-readable form presented in the form of two-dimensional matrix bar code, created according to Item 18 of these rules for drawing on consumer packaging or on group packaging, either on кег, or on their corking means;

20) the register of means of identification of TsS MPT - the list of the means of identification of UOT which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification registered in TsS MPT;

21) beer and beer drinks - products, by codes of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) the Eurasian Economic Union (further - EEU) 2202910000, 2203000100, 2203001000, 2203000900, the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of Council of September 14, 2021 No. 80;

22) turnover of beer and beer drinks - production and import in the Republic of Kazakhstan, storage, transportation, obtaining and transfer of beer and beer drinks, including their acquisition and realization (sale) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

23) movement of beer and beer drinks - change of location of beer and the UOT beer drinks from one stationary production and (or) storage facility in other stationary production and (or) storage facility, except for changes of location of beer and beer drinks in the stationary production and (or) storage facilities located at one address;

24) the participant of turnover of goods - the individual entrepreneur, the legal entity or his structural division which is resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan and performing input in turnover and (or) turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks including:

the importer - the legal entity performing import of beer and (or) beer drinks to customs area of EEU according to the customs legislation of EEU and (or) the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also import of beer and beer drinks to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of other state member of EEU;

the producer - the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity performing activities for production of beer and (or) beer drinks for the subsequent realization;

25) the register of goods - the list of the goods registered in TsS MPT created by UOT;

26) digital system of marking and traceability of goods - the digital system intended for ensuring processes of the marking of beer and beer drinks which is subject to obligatory marking by means of identification and their further traceability in the course of turnover;

27) the Single operator of marking and traceability of goods (further - the Operator) - the Kazakhtelecom Joint-stock company determined by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2020 No. 95;

28) individual serial number of goods - the symbolical sequence, it is unique identifying consumer or group packaging within nomenclature group of goods;

29) the marked beers and beer drinks - beer and beer drinks on which according to these rules means of identification and authentic data concerning these products are applied (including data on the means of identification put on it either on the label, or on sticker or on the protected material carrier containing means of identification) contain in TsS MPT;

30) marking code - the unique sequence of symbols consisting of code of identification of goods and code of check, created by the Operator for the purposes of identification of consumer or group packaging of beer or beer drinks;

31) check code - the sequence of symbols created as a result of cryptographic transformation of code of identification of goods and allowing to reveal falsification of code of identification;

32) group packaging of beer and beer drinks - the packaging combining certain number of consumer packagings of beer or beer drinks;

33) consumer packaging of beer and beer drinks - the packaging intended for primary packing and realization of beer or beer drinks to the final consumer;

34) FNC1 ASCII 232 - the special symbol which is designating sign of symbolics of format of bar code of DataMatrix GS 1, of the international organization in the field of standardization of accounting and bar coding of logistic units of GS1 and having code 232 in the table of ASCII symbols;

35) the interface of electronic interaction - the description of methods of interaction of software and hardware of UOT and TsS MPT developed by the Operator and published on Internet resource of the Operator;

36) conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks - realization (sale) of the marked beer and beer drinks to the physical person for private consumption through cash register with function of fixing and (or) data transmission according to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2025 No. 626 "About some questions connected using cash registers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 37238) (further - the Order No. 626), withdrawal (confiscation), utilization, spoil, destruction, irretrievable loss, use for own needs the buyer and other reasons the assuming termination of further turnover of beer and beer drinks.

Chapter 2. Procedure for marking and traceability of beer and beer drinks means of identification

4. The producer performs marking of beer and the beer drinks made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, means of identification before primary paid or voluntary conveyance of goods to the new owner or the other person for the purpose of alienation to such person or for the subsequent realization.

The importer provides marking of beer and the beer drinks made outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, means of identification before import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or to their room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption or reimport.

5. The unmarked beer and beer drinks made before the Date of Introduction of obligatory marking of beer and beer drinks, included in the Inventory which are subject to marking, No. 343-HK determined by the order of the acting minister of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 2024 "About determination of the inventory subject to marking" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35129), UOT within 1 (one) calendar year are implemented.

6. For the purpose of marking of beer and beer drinks means of identification of UOT availability of the AIC connected on communication channels to TsS MPT is necessary.

Connected to TsS MPT agrarian and industrial complex provides the automated data transmission to the Operator regarding receipt of codes of marking, sending data on use of codes of marking with the subsequent sending to TsS MPT of information on drawing, rejection (in the presence), aggregations of means of identification (in case of aggregation application), and also data on input in turnover, turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks in TsS MPT, in accordance with the terms of the interface of electronic interaction, published on Internet resource of the Operator.

In the absence of such AIC or lack of its integration with TsS MPT UOT sends data to the Operator by means of personal account of TsS MPT.

7. The operator develops and places on the Internet for free use the free mobile application providing the following opportunities:

1) reading of means of identification;

2) information transfer, the identification containing in means in TsS MPT;

3) obtaining from TsS MPT of data on the checked beer or beer drink;

4) the direction the user of mobile application in TsS MPT of data on possible violations of requirements of these rules.

Information created according to the data containing in TsS MPT is information with limited access and is provided only to the following persons in the following cases:

1) UOT regarding information on the transactions with goods made by the specified UOT;

2) to the state bodies authorized on such request for the purposes of accomplishment of tasks and implementation of the functions assigned to these state bodies according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to producer of beer and beer drinks regarding statistical and analytical information about the marked beer and beer drinks made by it;

4) to consumers regarding information on characteristics of goods, the producer or the seller of goods containing in TsS MPT.

8. Producers and importers:

1) carry out registration to TsS MPT according to Item 11 of these rules, prior to implementation of the activities connected with input in turnover and (or) turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks;

2) perform registration of beer and the beer drinks which are subject to marking by means of identification in TsS MPT;

3) provide readiness of the AIC (in the presence) to digital interaction with TsS MPT in accordance with the terms of the interface of electronic interaction published on Internet resource of the Operator;

4) are brought in real time in TsS MPT of the data on marking of beer and the beer drinks which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, and also data on input in turnover, their turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks according to Items 25, of 33, of 34, of 36, of 37, of 43, of 44, of 45, of 47 and 48 these rules.

9. UOT enabling wholesale of beer and beer drinks:

1) carries out registration to TsS MPT according to Item 11 of these rules prior to implementation of the activities connected with turnover of beer and the beer drinks which are subject to marking by means of identification;

2) is provided by readiness of the AIC (in the presence) to digital interaction with TsS MPT in accordance with the terms of the interface of electronic interaction published on Internet resource of the Operator.

3) enter in TsS MPT data on repeated input in turnover, their turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks according to these rules.

10. UOT enabling retail sale of beer and beer drinks:

1) carries out registration to TsS MPT according to these rules prior to implementation of the activities connected with conclusion from turnover and repeated input in turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks;

2) is provided by readiness of the AIC (in the presence) to digital interaction with TsS MPT in accordance with the terms of the interface of electronic interaction published on Internet resource of the Operator;

3) is provided by cash register availability with function of fixing and (or) data transmission;

4) is provided by availability of the device of scanning and recognition of means of identification integrated to cash register;

5) is provided by availability of the agreement signed with the operator of fiscal data (further - OFD) on transfer of data on conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks with use of cash register on each realized unit of beer and beer drinks;

6) performs devices of scanning and recognition of funds of identification for possibility of reading of the two-dimensional DataMatrix code;

7) 47 and 48 these rules enter in TsS MPT data on repeated input in turnover, their turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks according to Items 36, of 37, of 38, of 39, of 40, of 41, of 42, of 43, of 44, of 45, of 46,.

11. Registration of UOT and provision by it of access to personal account is performed by the Operator based on the authentic data provided in electronic form.

12. UOT determines persons, representatives to provide and request data in TsS MPT from his name.

13. Registration of beer and beer drinks in TsS MPT is performed:

1) in case of production of beer and beer drinks in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the producer (including the beer and beer drinks made within contract manufacturing and/or from the foreign raw materials placed under customs procedure of free customs zone or under customs procedure of free warehouse);

2) in case of production of beer and beer drinks outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the importer (before import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

14. For registration of beer and beer drinks in TsS MPT UOT specifies the following data in TsS MPT:

1) name of the company of the owner of the identifier of goods;

2) prefix of GCP of the owner of the identifier of goods;

3) legal address of the owner of the identifier of goods;

4) commodity code (GTIN);

5) code of the state qualifier;

6) commodity code according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity;

7) GPC code;

8) trade description of goods;

9) trademark;

10) volume fraction of ethyl alcohol, % I will eat around;

Whether 11) is pasteurized;

12) filtering type;

13) functional description of goods (goods type);

14) measure net;

15) development type;

16) raw materials origin;

Whether 17) is flavored;

Whether 18) is sparkling;

Whether 19) is gassy;

20) composition of beer and beer drinks;

21) country of origin;

22) characteristic of packaging;

23) deadline of realization of beer in kega after its connection to the equipment for beer pouring;

24) market access mark;

25) mark of conformity;

26) packaging type;

27) packaging material;

28) packaging photo;

29) expiration date.

15. From the moment of introduction of the data specified by Item 14 of these rules, TsS MPT within 3 (three) working days refuses registration of data on beer and beer drinks in cases:

1) beer or beer drink with the specified commodity code (GTIN) it is registered in TsS MPT;

2) commodity code (GTIN) according to the digital GS1 resource - Kazakhstan is not subject to use of UOT;

3) the commodity code (GTIN) according to the digital GS1 resource does not exist.

16. Means of identification of beer or beer drink are applied in the form of two-dimensional bar code of DataMatrix GS 1, suitable for machine reading for consumer packaging either on кег, or on their corking means with the method which is not allowing department of means of identification without its damage. Drawing funds of identification for the parts of consumer packaging and (or) kega which are structurally separated without damages is not allowed.

When picking of the marked goods in group packaging means of identification with aggregation of means of identification of the goods placed in such packaging is applied on such packaging.

17. Means of identification are applied on consumer packaging or on group packaging, either on кег, or on their corking means with observance of the following specifications:

1) drawing means of identification is performed by seal with use of method of correction of errors of ESS - 200;

2) drawing means of identification is performed with use of ASCII of coding;

3) means of identification is suitable for machine reading. At the same time the size of means of identification is determined by UOT independently.

18. Means of identification of consumer and group packaging of beer and beer drinks contains the marking code including three groups of data of which the first two groups of data form packaging identification code, at the same time:

at the beginning of line of code of marking there is sign of symbolics of GS1 DataMatrix FNC1 (ASCII 232);

the first group of data is identified by code of application "01" and contains global identification number of trade item (GTIN) which consists of fourteen digital symbols;

the second group of data is identified by code of application "21" and contains individual serial number of packaging which consists of seven symbols (figures, lowercase and capital letters of the Latin alphabet, and also special symbols). As the completing symbol for this group the special symbol divider having code 29 in the table of ASCII symbols is used;

the third group of data is identified by code of application "93" and contains check code which consists of four symbols (figures, lowercase and capital letters of the Latin alphabet.

19. The code of identification of shipping package is provided to UOT in the form of the one-dimensional bar code conforming to the international standard GS1-128 or type of two-dimensional bar code in the DataMatrix format. The structure of code of identification of shipping package is determined by UOT performing aggregation of such codes in code of identification of shipping package.

20. Means of identification in format of bar code provide:

1) probability of counterfeit by matching of means of identification less than 1 (one) of 10 000 (ten thousand);

2) function of recognition and correction of mistakes at the level or is higher than the DataMatrix ECC200 level.

21. TsS MPT does not allow repeated forming (generation) of the code of marking containing in means of identification, applied on consumer or group packagings of beer or beer drink on кег or on their corking means.

22. For ensuring marking of beer or beer drink with means of identification of UOT sends to the Operator by means of TsS MPT inquiry for receipt of codes of marking (further - the Request).

23. The refusal in issue of code of marking is performed within 4 (four) hours from the moment of registration of the Request in the following cases:

1) UOT is not registered in TsS MPT;

2) the provided code of identification is earlier registered in TsS MPT;

3) the commodity code is not registered in the register of goods of TsS MPT and/or is not subject to use of UOT, it declared;

4) the commodity code does not correspond to commodity group "Beer and beer drinks".

24. From the moment of registration of the Request in TsS MPT the Operator within 4 (four) hours:

1) performs issue (generates) the quantity of codes of marking specified in the Request using algorithms of cryptographic protection based on the data obtained from UOT;

2) includes the corresponding codes of identification in the register of means of identification of TsS MPT;

3) provides to UOT the information about structure of the emitted marking codes.

25. UOT no later than 365 (three hundred sixty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of code of marking will transform it to means of identification, provides its drawing on packaging of beer or beer drink, either on кег or on their corking means and transfers in TsS MPT of the data on drawing the codes of marking containing in the means of identification applied on beer and beer drinks.

The marking codes which are not included in information on drawing the codes of marking containing in means of identification in the terms provided by this Item of Rules are cancelled.

26. The service in provision of code of marking is paid with UOT before entering into TsS MPT of data on drawing the funds of identification for beer or beer drink transformed from the corresponding code of marking based on the agreement signed with the Operator.

The service in provision of code of marking is recognized rendered by the Operator at the time of registration in TsS MPT of the data containing in information on drawing the funds of identification for beer and beer drinks transferred to TsS MPT according to the requirements provided by these rules.

27. Drawing funds of identification for consumer and group packagings either on кег, or on their corking means, in case:

1) production and turnover of beer and beer drinks in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is performed in production sites or storages of such products;

2) import it is performed before the actual crossing of frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption or reimport.

28. Drawing means of identification, either the label, or sticker, or the protected material carrier containing means of identification on consumer packaging or group packaging, either on keg, or on their corking means is performed by the method which is not allowing department of means of identification without its damage.

29. In case of aggregation of codes of identification of the marked beer and beer drinks in group and (or) transport packagings of UOT provides in TsS MPT information on aggregation of codes of identification before transfer of aggregative packaging to other UOT.

30. In case of aggregation of codes of identification of the marked beer and beer drinks in shipping package the code of identification of shipping package with aggregation of the codes of identification placed in such packaging is applied on such shipping package. When marking shipping package the structure of the optional information fields applied on shipping package is determined by UOT performing picking of beer and beer drinks in shipping package.

The shipping package is applied for the purpose of consolidation of beer and beer drinks, and also to consolidation in one shipping package of other shipping packages of the smaller size (amount).

31. In case of turn of the marked packagings of beer and beer drinks in other group or shipping package of UOT provides information on aggregation in TsS MPT.

32. The operator after receipt of data on aggregation of codes of identification of the marked beer and beer drinks, provides their reflection in the register of means of identification of TsS MPT, and also availability of the specified information of UOT in TsS MPT.

33. Input of beer and beer drinks in turnover in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is recognized:

1) in case of production of beer and beer drinks in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - by results of the direction in TsS MPT of data on drawing the codes of marking containing in the means of identification applied on beer and beer drinks;

2) when importing beer and beer drinks to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - by results of entering into TsS MPT of data on import of beer and beer drinks into the Republic of Kazakhstan.

34. UOT performing import of beer and beer drinks to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan enters in TsS MPT data on import of beer and beer drinks to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

35. Entering into TsS MPT of data on import of beer and beer drinks on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is drawn up electronically, except for case when UOT draws up and sends such data on paper in case of confirmation of information on Internet resource of the Operator on impossibility of entering of data into TsS MPT because of technical mistakes to TsS MPT.

After elimination of technical mistakes entering into TsS MPT of data on import of beer and beer drinks on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan directed earlier on paper is subject to introduction by the importer in TsS MPT within 1 (one) working day from the date of elimination of technical mistakes in TsS MPT, but no later than day of transfer of beer and beer drinks to the third parties.

36. Turnover of the marked beer and the beer drinks made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan after Date of Introduction of obligatory traceability of beer and beer drinks means of identification in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is performed with obligatory transfer of data on their turnover in TsS MPT.

37. In case of paid or voluntary conveyance of beer and beer drinks to the new owner or when moving beer and the UOT beer drinks enters in TsS MPT data on their turnover, no later than day of realization or movement of beer and beer drinks in time.

38. Acceptance of beer and beer drinks is performed by UOT by confirmation of data on turnover of the specified goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from registration date of data on their turnover in TsS MPT.

39. Data on turnover of beer and beer drinks are introduced electronically, except for case when UOT draws up data on turnover on paper in case of confirmation of information on Internet resource of the Operator on impossibility of entering of data on turnover into TsS MPT because of technical mistakes in TsS MPT.

After elimination of technical errors of the data on turnover, drawn up earlier on paper, are subject to introduction by the supplier in TsS MPT within 1 (one) working day from the date of elimination of technical mistakes in TsS MPT, but no later than day of transfer of goods to the third parties.

40. Change of the owner of code of marking in TsS MPT is performed based on the data on turnover of beer or beer drink confirmed with both parties in TsS MPT.

41. UOT enabling retail sale of the marked beer or beer drink makes their conclusion from turnover only on condition of confirmation of data on their acceptance in TsS MPT by scanning and recognition of the means of identification applied on consumer or group packaging or on the material carrier located directly on consumer packaging or group packaging or kega, the technical devices integrated to the cash register registered according to the Order No. 626.

Data on identification code, containing in the means of identification applied on consumer or group packaging or on the material carrier located directly on consumer packaging or group packaging, or kega join in the fiscal document "cash register receipt" created by cash register and OFD are transferred.

42. OFD performs transfer of data in real time in TsS MPT on each realized commodity unit including the following data:

45. In case of return by the consumer of the marked beer or the UOT beer drink carries out repeated input of such products in turnover for its further realization and (or) transfer.

46. In case of return of beer or beer drink by the consumer of UOT sends to OFD information on each recovered unit for the subsequent direction of information to TsS MPT.

49. Representation of UOT of information to the Operator of TsS MPT is performed by means of information and communication technologies and interfaces of electronic interaction or by means of personal account of TsS MPT.

50. When implementing input in turnover, turnover and conclusion from turnover, the marked beer and beer drinks, submission of data in TsS MPT is performed by UOT consistently.

Transfer of UOT of data on shipping package and (or) group packaging is considered to equivalent transfer of data on each unit (consumer packaging) of beer and beer drinks containing in shipping package and (or) group packaging according to TsS MPT.

51. All documents and data sent to UOT to TsS MPT compliance with the interface of electronic interaction and received by the Operator are subject to reflection in TsS MPT.

53. Date of submission of data the date fixed in personal account of TsS MPT is recognized TsS MPT.

1) about UOT;

2) about the beer and beer drinks which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification;

3) about the codes of identification transferred to UOT;

4) about turnover of the marked beer and beer drinks and their conclusion from turnover.
