1. Bring in decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since February 11, 2026.

1. No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 22, 2023 127, to add procedure for making of actions by the national operators authorized by operators (bodies) and monitoring bodies in case of emergency situation and (or) implementation of unauthorized action during tracking of transportation of subjects to tracking on the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union using navigation seals with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. The authorized operator (body) of state member in the territory of which there is subject to tracking within 30 minutes after receipt of information specified in Item 10 of this Procedure by means of interaction with monitoring body of the state member performs the actions specified in Items 7 - 9 presents About.".
