About the Procedure for provision by the Eurasian economic commission of explanations on application of provisions of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union)
For the purpose of realization of Item 3 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and according to Item 4.1.5 of the actions plan on realization of Strategic directions of development of Eurasian economic integration till 2025 approved by the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 5, 2021 No. 4, and also for the purpose of forming in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of uniform application of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for provision by the Eurasian economic commission of explanations on application of provisions of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union).
2. Ask state members of the Eurasian Economic Union no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force to inform the Eurasian economic commission on the authorized bodies responsible for coordination of work on preparation of explanations of the Eurasian economic commission on application of provisions of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union).
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on July 28, 2025.
