About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014

The state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which are hereinafter referred to as with state members

being guided by article 115 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the following changes:

Item 1 of Article 28 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The commission approves methodology of qualification of obstacles in the domestic market of the Union and recognition of barriers and restrictions eliminated.";

To add 2) with Article 104 (1) the following content:

"Article 104 (1)

Transitional provisions concerning the Section XXII

The provision of paragraph two of the subitem 2 of Item 29 of the Protocol on procedure for purchasing control (appendix No. 25 to this Agreement) is applied by the Republic of Armenia after 2 years from the effective date of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on July 28, 2025";

3) in the Protocol on procedure for transfer and distribution of the amounts of import customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action), their transfers in the income of budgets of state members (appendix No. 5 to the specified Agreement):

Item 40 in paragraph one to replace the word "Nour-Sultan" with the word of Astana;

add Item 41 with the offer of the following content: "The commission uses the specified information for the purpose of realization of Item 54 this Protocols.";

declare the Section V invalid;

Item 3 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the specified Agreement) to add 4) with the paragraph of the following content:
