About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Determine that Items 6 and 10 of appendix to this resolution become effective since April 1, 2026.

Exclude Item 22 of the Section 3 of appendix No. 1 to methodical recommendations about forming and application of key performance indicators of activities of joint-stock companies which shares are in property of the Russian Federation, and separate non-profit organizations for the purpose of determination of amount of remuneration of their administrative board, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2020 No. 3579-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, of the Art. 237).
