the list of the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation;

the list of positions in the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation in case of appointment to which citizens and in case of which replacement workers shall represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and also data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children;

the list of positions in the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation which replacement involves placement of data on the income, expenses, about property and obligations of property nature on the official sites of these organizations on the Internet and provision of the specified data to the all-Russian mass media for publication;

Regulations on check of reliability and completeness of the data represented by the citizens applying for replacement of positions in the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation and the workers replacing positions in these organizations and observance by workers of requirements to office behavior.

2. To heads of the organizations included in the list approved by this resolution:

provide acquaintance of persons replacing the positions included in the list of positions approved by this resolution with the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 2, 2013 No. 309 "About measures for realization of separate provisions of the Federal Law "About Anti-corruption" and this resolution;

organize submission of data, the stipulated in Item 1 Rules approved by this resolution.
