About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About urgent measures for increase in efficiency of the organization of technical inspection of vehicles" of December 31, 2025 No. 388
For the purpose of ensuring road safety and forming of effective system of the state control of carrying out technical inspection of vehicles, achievement and maintenance of price stability, improvement of quality of the services rendered to the population, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About urgent measures for increase in efficiency of the organization of technical inspection of vehicles" of December 31, 2025 No. 388 the following changes:
1) in Item 1 of the word "the state company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state center for registration of vehicles and driver's structure under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic";
To "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words 2) in item 4 of the word to "Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic";
Item 5 after the words "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" to add 3) with the words "and the State center for registration of vehicles and driver's structure under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
