About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to article 24 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Form Committee on control of security activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee).
2. Liquidate public institution "Management of specialized security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Astana)".
3. Determine Committee authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the public institutions specified in appendix to this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
