1. Approve:

1) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Information on Preferential Crediting and/or Subsidizing of Agrarian Credit Corporation Joint-stock Company for Further Crediting of Subjects of Agro-industrial Complex for Carrying Out Spring and Field and Harvest Works" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Information on Preferential Crediting and/or Subsidizing of Kazagrofinance Joint-stock Company for Further Financing of Subjects of Agro-industrial Complex on Acquisition of Agricultural Machinery in Leasing" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Information on Preferential Crediting and/or Subsidizing of Agrarian Credit Corporation Joint-stock Company for Further Crediting of the Companies for Conversion of Agricultural Products and to Production of Food on Replenishment of Current Assets" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Information on Preferential Crediting and/or Subsidizing of Agrarian Credit Corporation Joint-stock Company for Further Crediting of Livestock Farms" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to department of financial support in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
