For the purpose of enhancement of the legal base of regulation of the relations arising in the field of transactions with precious metals and gemstones according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About precious metals and gemstones", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2003 No. 771;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of transformation of system of regulation of the market of precious metals and gemstones" of January 16, 2017 No. 19.
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
