About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2022 No. 453
Based on subitem 3.3 of Item 3 of Article 4 and Item 1 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2022 No. 164-Z "About payment systems and payment services", the paragraph of the thirty fourth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for rendering payment services in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2022 No. 453, the following changes:
add the Instruction with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. When making by means of payment system in ERIP of transactions on replenishment of the current (settlement) bank account as which owner the physical person acts in case of availability of number of the mobile phone and the consent of the receiver of payment to its provision the bank provides possibility of use as one of methods of access to the current (settlement) bank account this number of the mobile phone.
In the presence in one bank of several current (settlement) bank accounts as which owner one physical person acts the bank performs replenishment of one of the current (settlement) bank accounts at the choice of the receiver of payment.";
to add subitem 32.1 of Item 32 with the offer of the following content: "Availability of other higher education on condition of passing of retraining at the level of the higher education on the specialties specified in this subitem with issue of the diploma about retraining at the level of the higher education is allowed;".
2. This resolution becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
