1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for rendering payment services in the territory of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Determine that treat services in collection and transfer of the money which is not connected with business activity on which operation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On payment systems and payment services" does not expatiate:

services of non-profit organizations in collection of the money deposited by physical persons in the form of fees and their transfer on payment of expenses of such organization;

services of physical person in collection of money from other physical persons and transfer to the address of the organizations of trade (service), at the same time such services do not assume receipt of systematic profit for all parties of the transaction.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
