About requirements to rendering services of data transmission by operators of cellular mobile telecommunication
Based on the paragraph of the sixth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 "About telecommunication" the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 45-Z
1. Establish initial amount of services of data transmission without data transmission speed limit towards the subscriber for subscribers of networks of cellular mobile telecommunication in the amount of 30 GB a month on tariff plans with unrestricted amount of services of data transmission (further - initial amount).
2.1. in case of expenditure of initial amount data transmission speed towards the subscriber shall be reduced to the level of 1 Mbps;
2.2. the operator of cellular mobile telecommunication provides to the subscriber the additional amounts of services of data transmission or the periods of rendering such services acquired for a fee at the operator of cellular mobile telecommunication without data transmission speed limit.
3. To operators of cellular mobile telecommunication to bring the service provision agreements of telecommunication signed before entry into force of this resolution and tariff plans into compliance with requirements of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1 and 2 - in month after its official publication;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
