Changes which are made to the Procedure of monthly money payment to separate categories of citizens in the Russian Federation approved by the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of January 22, 2015 No. 35n

1. To add Item 1 after words of "the organization of delivery of monthly money payment" with words to "the women awarded ranks "Mother heroine"".

2. Add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Women, the awarded ranks "Mother heroine" having the right to address for monthly money payment by filing of application in territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation till December 31 of the current year.".

3. Item 5 (to state 1) in the following edition:

"5(1). Monthly money payment to the women awarded ranks "Mother heroine" is established by territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation from the date of assignment of rank "Mother heroine", but not earlier than January 1, 2025, till December 31 of year in which the woman awarded ranks "Mother heroine" will file the declaration of abandonment of receipt of monthly money payment.

Monthly money payment to the women awarded ranks "Mother heroine" is established by territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation in procedure without application based on the data necessary for its appointment containing in the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere" and (or) the data on assignment of rank "Mother heroine" received by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation from executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized on the notification of the women awarded ranks "Mother heroine" on assignment of rank according to the procedure of interdepartmental information exchange including with use of secure channels of communication, including single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

Monthly money payment to the women awarded ranks "Mother heroine", who exercised the right to privileges is established by territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation since January 1 the year following after year in which the woman awarded ranks "Mother heroine" notified territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation on transition to receipt of monthly money payment, till December 31 of year in which the woman awarded ranks "Mother heroine" will file the declaration of abandonment of receipt of monthly money payment again.

The territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation no later than one working day from the date of decision making informs on establishment of monthly money payment, including by means of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)", the woman awarded ranks "Mother heroine" who establishes monthly money payment, about the fact of establishment of the specified payment.

The woman awarded ranks "Mother heroine" by whom monthly money payment is established in procedure without application has the right within one month from the date of receipt of the notice to file the declaration of abandonment of receipt of the monthly money payment established by it and to file petition for its appointment again according to the procedure provided by Administrative regulations.".

Upon completion of check or after one month from the date of suspension of term of consideration of the application the current of term of consideration of the application is recovered.

The territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation informs the citizen on the suspension and recovery of term of consideration of its statement according to the procedure provided by Administrative regulations.".

5. To state the subitem 4 of Item 17 in the following edition:
