1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. The fourth Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for the equipment by navigation aids of objects of navigation activities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2012 No. 234, to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the state organizations which are not specified in paragraphs second and third this Item and the organizations, more than 50 percent of shares (share in authorized funds) of which are in state-owned property, the organizations of private pattern of ownership transporting passengers or dangerous goods and also the individual entrepreneurs transporting passengers - at the expense of own means;".
