About modification of some orders of the Government (lifelong benefit)

Based on part (4) Article 49 and part (5) article 50 of the Law No. 110/2025 on physical culture and sport (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 329-332, 376) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 917/2014 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation and payment of lifelong benefit to high-class athletes (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 352-357, 1037), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:

"Based on part (4) article 49 of the Law No. 110/2025 on physical culture and sport (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 329-332, 376)";

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. state Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. The Ministry of Education and Research refuses establishment of lifelong benefit to high-class athletes based on part (7) article 49 of the Law No. 110/2025 on physical culture and sport.";

1.2.2. add with Item 25-1 of the following content:

"25-1. In case of establishment of the conditions provided by part (8) article 49 of the Law No. 110/2025 on physical culture and sport, the Ministry of Education and Research approves by the order cancellation of lifelong benefit and notifies National cash desk of social insurance within five days.";

1.2.3. recognize Items 26-29 invalid;

1.3. in appendix No. 1 the text "to article 34 of the Law on physical culture and sport No. 330-XIV of March 25, 1999. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 83-86, 399), with subsequent changes and amendments" to replace with the text to "article 49 of the Law No. 110/2025 on physical culture and sport".
