1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2022 No. 2 "About questions of state registration (re-registration) of mass media":
from word preamble", the paragraph of the twenty fifth item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545," to exclude;
in paragraph five of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 13.3.1 "State registration of mass media with inclusion in the State register of mass media and receipt of the certificate on state registration of the mass media" approved by this resolution shall be replaced with words the words "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure" "About procedure";
