Bring in the Procedure for carrying out evacuation in case of threat of the origin or emergence of emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2013 No. 841 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 92, Art. 3386; 2016, No. 99, the Art. 3215), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2025 No. 1307, changes which are applied.

"For the purpose of protection of children, possible fighting which are in the territories, the territories of active fighting and the territories of active fighting in which the state electronic information resources function in the conditions of warlike situation regional military authorities in coordination with bodies of military command in the corresponding territory and the Coordination headquarters on holding evacuation actions and effective response to mass movement of the population, the educated Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, can make the decision on carrying out obligatory evacuation by forced method of children with their parents, persons who replace them, or other legal representatives according to the Family code of Ukraine from the territories of possible fighting, the territories of active fighting and the territories of active fighting in which the state electronic information resources function.
