1. Approve:

1) the List of the special means applied in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for application of the special means used in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List and the Procedure for application of special means in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2016 No. 90.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
